General rules

By registering on the site you automatically agree with service rules
Funds are credited automatically
The funds credited to the user account cannot be refunded
Administration reserves the right to refuse rendering services, registration or delete an account without explanation
Invitation system

The service has a system of invitations for new users
Each user can invite as many partners as he or she wants
A new invitation is generated for each new user. The invitation code is a one-time code that can be used for registration just once
The user bears responsibility for each invited user with his/her account and account balance
Posting invitation codes to any message boards is forbidden
Using checker

A buyer can choose from three merchants
The buyer uses Checker at his/her own risk
If you used Checker before purchasing and you status showed APPROVE, exchange is impossible
The buyer pays for Checker regardless of the status
We use a third-party checker, so we accept no claims about its functionality
Here is the list of possible checker answers
Exchange

CARDS:
The service offers only one type of exchange:
a) Automatic – available at the moment of purchase and within 12 hours after the purchase has been made
Exchange  only for status - DECLINE(05) CODE
DUMPS:
The service offers two types of exchange:
a) Automatic – available at the moment of purchase and within 1 hour after the purchase has been made
b) Manual (performed by Administrator):
     – for base with HIGH valid exchnage possible within 3 hours after buy
     – for base with MIDLLE valid exchnage possible within 12 hours after buy
     – for base with LOW valid exchnage possible within 24 hours after buy
Exchange is for status - DECLINE(05) CODE,
04 Hold-call Or Pick Up Card Pick Up Card
07 Hold-Call Or Pick up Card Pick Up Card - Special Condition
41 Hold-Call Or Pick up Card Pick Up Card - Lost
43 Hold-Call Or Pick up Card Pick Up Card Stolen
NEVER EXCHANGE:
00 Approved Approved And Completed
85 Card Ok No Reason to Decline
